Application for exchange students
Tsuru University will not accept exchange program applications from students unless endorsed and nominated by the home university. Please make sure that you contact the coordinator and then follow the procedure as directed.
Having consulted with the coordinator, you will be provided with a link to the online application form.
Please fill in the necessary files and get them ready before filling in the application form.
Before applying, prepare the following attachments for your online application:
1. Application for Certificate of Eligibility File
Apply file :Application for Certificate of Eligibility_Tsuru Univ. 2023 [Excelファイル／84KB] ※There are three sheets to be filled: Form 1, Form 2, Form 3
2. ID Photo File 3cm×4cm size（eg: *.jpg,*.jpeg,*.jpe,*.png,*.pns)

3. Health History and Immunization
Apply file : Health History and Immunization Form (DOCX 19.8KB)
4. Financial Statement/documentation of funds in bank account
5. Reference from Japanese Language Instructor
6. Home University Registration Certificate: To Whom It May Concern
7. Home University Official Transcript of Academic Records
8. Personal Statement/Statement of Purpose
9. A copy of your passport ID page
